it was terrible, after a long hot day, and got into the hotel and found out the AC was not cold at all, I waited in the room for an hour to give the AC sometimes to cool off the room, but it just did not work, it's more cooler outside than the room. The room is also not clean and old, I understand it's not like a high-end hotel, but basic cleaning is important. After talking to the front desk about it, he agreed to switch the room for me, I headed to the room, but again the AC wasn't working well, I also found there was some blood stain on the window side. I requested to cancel the booking and refund, but the front desk made me check their third and fourth room. And again it's not clean, hairs on the pillows and bed, there is a stain on chair. I ended up having to contact Expedia to help me cancel it. Took me almost 2 hours to finally get canceled and rebook the hotel elsewhere.

the room was nice didn't like the check in process to much paper work on top of that they said i will not get my security deposit back for 14 days which is way to long i will not come back here for just that reason i feel that they are just using our deposit for there gain

Does not allow early check in. A lot of junkies near and around parking lot. Front desk has not returned initial deposit (which isn’t stated on booking) and doesn’t answer phone or handle the situation. Room had what appeared to be blood spot on walls

tv in room 103 sucks everything else is ok, becuase walmart, 22 freeway is near so in other eateries that can satisty a midnight hunger, they need to replace tv and add more towels
