"The staff were wonderful and the location couldn’t be beat. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have booked this hotel again for my next trip to DC. My only complaint is that on the Monday morning of our stay there were very noisy sanitation and other service vehicles outside our window starting at about 5:30 am. It was steady loud noise for at least the next hour and a half. I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. I will ask not to have a room facing the alley on my next stay."

"The Arc was very nice for our 4-day trip. We did not have a car. It was very close to George Washington University and Foggy Bottom Metro station, and there were a lot of very good restaurants within walking distance— as well as a Whoe Foods. It was maybe a 15-minute walk to the Lincoln and Vietnam memorials. The bed was very comfortable, hotel staff very nice and accommodating, and the room was quiet. We felt perfectly comfortable walking in the neighborhood at night (eg, from the metro or the Mall). Highly recommend. "
