"I've stayed at CitizenM properties before and the vibe is unique, to say the least. This one in London's Shoreditch neigborhood was no exception. I was greeted immediately and warmly and that was the theme during my 2 night stay. The rooms are small, but comfortable and incredibly efficient. It was clean and accommodated my sleep/work needs more than adequately. My only complaint was that they were down 2 elevators. They did a great job informing me before my stay so I could have rebooked. However, it was only an inconvenience twice in 3 days of being at the property. Overall, i would stay there again for sure and recommend it to anyone that needs to be in that very vibrant working neighborhood in north London."

"Amazing location, couldn’t have been better. However the staff of the Pimm’s pop up on the outside lawn was rude and unhelpful. Get rid of them. The front desk and concierge staff was WONDERFUL and helpful. I’d highly recommend aside from the Pimm’s popup on lawn. "

"V friendly staff, nice but compact rooms , as expected. Good fredh food at breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh water on tap all day. Only 7 minutes walk from Liverpool St transport hub and lots of food options locally.I highly recomend it and would return"
