The two staff at the check in counter were absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming and provided a lot of information about the hotel and our stay. The room is spacious and very clean. Plenty of parking. Buffet breakfast. Great location. Definitely staying here again if we are in Brantford.

With the friendly staff, ambiance and cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds the stay was very relaxing and felt like home. I must say that the staff was always there to help if anything was needed. Will be back in the future

Great pool and gym! Breakfast was disappointing thought the buffet was going to have more options. Bed was comfy but pillows were meh. Need to get chrome cast for the tv’s

The hotel was clean and bright and very comfortable! I wish our stay had been longer, as our room had potential to be a good multi-night place. The staff were helpful and cheerful, and the seasonal decor in and around the lobby added a homey feel. I would definitely try to stay here again. The soaps were sulfate/paraben, etc free- which for a girl with wavy hair was a really nice surprise!
