The property was good. Check in was horrendous, they need 2 staff on the desk, or at least put up a notice like "back in 10 minutes" as example, if nobody available. The desk clerk had to leave the desk to attend to other matters, so we waited for over 10 minutes for his return.

I will say i do book alot around the Brantford area and i have to say is that the 2 times i stayed at your location i could not sleep on those beds, they are to soft and woke up both visits with back pains and even my recent visit. Im not lying because i do enjoy staying at your location. Everything is perfect just the beds

The 1 bedroom suite layout was very practical and clean. The two entertainment stations was ideal for the kids and ourself.Overall positive experience with the family.

Took the family for a road trip to Brantford Ontario, this hotel was very clean, free breakfast, decent gym, it has a swimming pool and the room was very nice, with a small kitchen, free wifi. I would rate the property a 9.5/10; if I had to leave some feedback it would be that the pillows were very flat (being picky) and the swimming pool was quite cold, in fact I believe I discovered an Oprah singer in me I didn’t know existed. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

2 Night Stay
We chose this hotel for the location as well as having a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed and kitchen. The kitchen has a full stove and refrigerator, coffeemaker and kettle, plates, glassware, utensils and pots. We did need to clean a pot and frying pan before we could use them. The breakfast did not have many options available, but with the kitchen, it didn’t really bother us. We registered 3 adults in the room. We needed to ask for more towels for the bathroom as there were only two towels available. The beds were quite comfortable and our room was quiet. The front desk staff was welcoming and offered each of us a bottle of water when checking in. We would recommend this hotel.
