Everyone was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable. Some updating could be done but didn’t impact our stay. Enjoyed the Mexican Restaurant on site.

The free breakfast was poor quality and not refilled consistently. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no reason to have no housekeeping to give us new towels and to pick up the old ones. Garbages in the hotel room was not picked up daily neither. The hallways smelled like marajuana all day long.

It a decent and good location for our trip to Watkins Glen. Bed was too soft and breakfast was so-so. It’s ok for a one night stay.

Not enough staff to keep the place in order. AC is old fashioned, in order for it to work it has to be weirdly turned on, and makes very loud noise. TV also had an issue, but front desk explained how to fix it, and that was trick I had to use everytime I turned on the TV.

Warmly greeted at the front desk by staff. We found the room well taken care off, very clean, and comfortable. Would gladly stay again. I travel from Northern Kentucky to Elmira often, and this now will be my go to hotel.
