"The staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. The theme of the hotel, music/rock n roll, was done well. From the turntables in the room, the vinyl library in the lobby, the outstanding displays, the yellow submarine decor in lobby, and the rock star robes. They even have VIP backstage trailers to stay in. We stayed here b/c it was close to Fenway Park and we were going to a game, but the entire experience was fun! "

"Arriving early, my room was ready; however, it was a room facing the busy street, with an entry facing common shared areas with high traffic. As a single woman, I did not want an area with limited privacy; worse yet, an area with internal and external access to many- as well as noisy. Ben, at check in, easily resolved the situation without disregard. Alba at housekeeping welcomed me as I took the elevator. The staff and location make Copley Square Hotel a welcoming and safe place.
