Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Extremely dated property. Clean and comfortable bed. Carpet seemed to be ancient. Heater was off so we used a space heater. Most of the unit seemed like it had stuff from the 70s. Good location by the brewery and coffee shop. But, a long overdue update is desperately needed.

This property is not fancy but it is cozy, comfortable and clean. The beds in 122 are all so comfortable! The customer service is warm, authentically friendly and helpful with all the local information to make your stay in June Lake wonderful. It's got a lot of charm which our family of 5 really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again next summer.

The property is old and the rooms are pretty small along with the bathroom and particularly the shower. This is a Mt Town motel and was built over 50 yrs ago so it is probably standard for the time is was built. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is in downtown June Lake and very close to shopping and dining options. We did enjoy our stay. and would probably stay there again in the future.

We really enjoyed the Villager. It is an older and quaint "Motel." We had one of the newly remodeled suites. It had one window looking out to the trees toward Knoll Ave. The staff were really nice and low key. It's close to everything in June Lake: the brew pub, marina, general store, bait shop, etc.

Best place in the village
Was the wood furniture brand new? No. Is it a resort? No. The layout of the suites makes the most sense of anywhere in the Village. Everything is walking distance, awesome fish cleaning/ice machine/laundry situation. Brand brand new smart tv which helped immensely with a 6 year old. Staff is incredibly accomodating.
