"Great stay for five days. Small resort and didn’t seem busy. Always could find a lounger even after breakfast. Stephanie at check in got us off to a great start. She was very good. Wifi needs improved and a little TLC would do a lot of good. Better lighting in the hotel bar area to play cards by would be helpful. Overall exactly what we expected. "

"Service was excellent. From crassanda at the front desk to Moises the server by the pool. Mayra and David did a great job at the cantina bar. Oscar was a delight at la fuente. There was a lack of places to get coffee. Premium lounge was very confusing. I was told by ceaser at the lounge I could not take any food or drink or but yet he encouraged us to take drinks and food or the next day. "

"I went with my partner and had a wonderful time. The staff were wonderful, food was excellent and with the VIP status we were able to eat at one of the 5 restaurant every night of our stay. Loved the Italian and Surf and Turf the best but all were great. Room was very nice and with VIP was upgraded to pool side and ocean view without even having to ask. Enjoyed massage right in front of the ocean and the New Years Eve evening was like nothing I have ever experienced. Amazing!! Hotel is also on the bus line that easily (and cheap) took us to both of our excursions near the marina and also to downtown to the romantic zone and boardwalk. Also felt safe and people were very nice. The only thing that you should know is the Pacific is much rougher then the Caribbean side so swimming at the beach is not always a great idea. Waves are fantastic to watch! Will definitely be returning. "
