"We stayed here 2 nights after booking another property but deciding last minute not to go there due to reviews about bedbugs. Given this was fairly last minute we were really pleasantly surprised with how high the quality was. The front desk staff were lovely and very accommodating. When their WiFi was down they gave us free drinks which was so kind. The hotel was immaculate and well furnished. The location was excellent for exploring Joshua tree national park and they provided recommendations for hikes. They also have a pool and games as well as a firepit which were all lovely touches and well maintained. It could only be improved by maybe providing an in room safe, small complimentary coffee tray in the room and perhaps a grab and go lunch option for taking into the park as we would have purchased this if possible. However the paid for coffee that we purchased was good quality and fairly good value. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend."

"Super happy with our stay at Bluegreen. We extended we liked it so much and they were able to accommodate us and stay in the room we were already in, even though they were busy. It snowed half way through our stay and it was extremely beautiful view from our second story balcony. The facilities were very clean but you could tell after the snow that there was a lot of foot traffic in the main lobby and walkways throughout. I don't find that to be any cause for concern since it was mainly pebbles etc picked up from the roads and pathways. Our room was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, paper towels, dish soap, sponge etc. "
