This hotel is very close to the Afrims soccer fields and is definitely the better of the two hotels located in that area. The hotel is quite new, so it is in good condition. That said, it was very loud in the hallways at night with the kids soccer teams staying there. There was a weird noise where the ceiling met the wall that kept us up—maybe water dripping? And I am not sure at all that our linens were changed before we checked in. The sheets were all wrinkled and looked like the bed had been slept in but housekeeping assured us that the bed was clean. They have a number of EV charging stations out from, but you have to download Hilton’s app. Overall I’ll probably end up staying there again because for all its faults it’s much much better than the other nearby hotel.

I wish we could select the ‘Quiet’ button, but it doesn’t apply. The HVAC system woke us a few times during the night. The first time it happened, I actually opened the curtains to see if there was a large diesel truck idling outside.

Bad experience with shuttle experience. Flew in late and called hotel to get shuttle. Waited 25 minutes and minivan finally arrived and then someone else jumped on in front of us and shuttle driver was very rude and said we would just have to wait for next shuttle. We ended up taking a taxi.

Check in was pleasant; the staff was very nice. Our room was spacious and initially looked very clean. Unfortunately there was blood on the comforter. At midnight the room upstairs sounded like they had a horse. The pounding lasted about an hour. Despite us calling the front desk to ask for help it didn’t stop until well after 1am & started again at 630am. The construction appears to be minimal as there is NO sound resistance. If you have to stay here insist on the 3rd floor. The front desk was understanding in the morning and gave us a partial refund. I wish they helped at midnight…
