I was disappointed in the fact that I could not use the app to check in online. Then when we got to the hotel to check in which per the policy is 4 p.m. our 1 bedroo m suite was not ready. The lady at the counter told us she would let me know how long by cling me to let me know. 30 mins goes by and i go back up and our room was ready and no one told me. We were only there for one night and we were going to a concert and we were almost late because we couldnt get in the room on time.

Not worth the price
It was not to the standard that one would expect from Marriott. It was overpriced for what was provided. There was foul smell from the vent off and on. The rooms looked dated and needed repairs. They charge for the internet..who does that in this day amd age.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bar staff was attentive and friendly (prices were ridiculously high but food was tasty). We were met with an offer of cider and a yummy brownie. The check in staff was able to fine our Bonvoy acct.
