Great location so close to the pier. Staff were all friendly and the facilities were great with a nice bar area, small fitness room and outdoor pool. Location was ideal for visiting Santa Monica and exploring the pier, beach and along to Venice area too.

This place exceeded our expectations. Bed was very comfortable, quiet, and room service was great. The staff from the front desk (Cynthia) and the bar (George) were exceptionally friendly and so helpful! Definitely returning!

Very average hotel and very expensive. Trading on location alone. Maids office was adjacent to our room and they kept letting the door slam which literally shook the TV on the wall. Made a request to ask them to be more considerate but it fell on deaf ears. So glad we only booked for 2 nights.

Locations was excellent and walking distance to many nice attractions like the pier and 3rd St., Promenade, also a nice long walk to Venice Beach.

Location: Great place to stay with kids- the pier is right down the street. The beach is a 15 minute walk- not very close. I would recommend going to the side of the pier where the original muscle beach is- less touristy and cleaner. Lots of places to rent bikes and really great restaurants. Neighborhood is very touristy, lots of shops and restaurants but also lots of people, also lots of homeless ppl. Quieter than I thought it would be as the hotel is right next to a very popular street (Colorado) and the highway. Room could be a little more polished- there were marks on the wall and the closet door was broken. However the bed was comfortable. Pool was nice- wish there were more chairs with umbrellas. Loved that the hotel offered water bottles, beach gear like chairs, and a free yoga class that I was delighted to take!! The best part of the stay was the food at the restaurant- it was convenient, fast and delicious!!! Get the tacos!
