"This hotel was a lovely place to stay and was convenient for walking to most attractions. It’s only a 20 minute walk from Amsterdam Central and 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. From the moment we checked in, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel room was a great size for three travellers. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. When they realised it was my birthday, they went above and beyond to make it feel special. We were given complimentary breakfast, a bottle of cava and there were chocolates and balloons put in our room. These were lovely gestures. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we have another trip to Amsterdam. "

"Way better than I was expecting. The service was great and the room was beautiful. I loved the burlesque theme throughout, it wasn't tacky of tatty. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, not many alternatives out for vegans or lactose intolerant but just ask staff. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great service from front desk before and during our stay. Hotel helped arrange transport from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. Very friendly and helpful staff , shout to Anouk, Alena and Celine at the front desk as well as Bert and the rest of staff. Very happy with our stay. Conveniently located great restraunt ‘s in bite and within a few blocks and a tram too! Would definitely recommend! Thanks! "

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location easy access to everywhere. The hotel itself is lovely, would love to have made use of the spa but was only there for 2 days and there was no early morning availability. Staff are all very friendly. No complaints will definitely stay here again on my next visit. "
