"I loved this property! Checking in was such a breeze especially after coming back from my long vacation, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, I LOVED the aesthetic and all its cool features, the rooms felt very personal and cozy almost like having your own little apartment which I felt makes you guys stand out not to mention the beautiful view of the city whether it was day or night time, it was worth every penny and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience. "

"Really nice stay. Staff were kind, friendly and took care of our stuff while cleaning the room. The trams across the bridge were a bit noisy at night but having the AC on we couldn't hear it. Subway entrance nearby was really handy and only took 3 minutes on foot with suitcases and about 80 minutes to get from JFK to the hotel. Room, bathroom, halls, elevator and lobby were really clean and provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner was appreciated. My nitpicks for improvements: Breakfast was fairly basic but good enough to start a busy day. Shower curtain could be a bit longer to prevent water spilling over the edge. A rug on the hard floor would be nice when it is cold. I would highly recommend to others staying. We hope to come back soon!"
