The staff and rooftop make this place a 10!
From the moment we checked in, we had smiles on our faces. The staff was FAB. The hotel is clean. The rooftop bar is A- mazing. The rooms are small, but thats what you get in NYC. We weren’t expecting big. We went to the rooftop every night before or after dinner. I will definitely stay here again!

All round a nice hotel. Good staff. Clean, well stocked room. Didn’t remember the vIp thing, so missed out on the dining dining discount. On the 10 flr, higher would nice next time. Shower and sink both lost hot water for a bit. It came back and front desk will look into it.

The location made it easy to get around. Short walk to Broadway shows and subway station. Rooms were small and would be cozy for 4 people. Hotel was nicely maintained and staff was friendly.
