Property is clean the staff is very friendly. The cafe serves excellent coffee and breakfast and there is also a really nice bar. The room was small but this is NY and for the price the hotel was awesome. I would stay here again.

I loved this hotel! The staff are lovely! The room was clean and comfy. I will stay there again. The thing to remember is that the rooms with a single king bed are small, but great for one or two people. And if you need a refrigerator ask for one before you arrive.

Smart, cool, clean, perfectly placed hotel in Midtown, away from the tourist hotspots but right in the mix with good access to subway stations. Staff were great, helpful but always just cool to chat to. Bar and cafe are great places to hang out and rooms were super clean and not as small as we were expecting. Views from the room and from the room top are lush.

It's very clean and modern. The only caveat is the location is in midtown manhattan and is pretty seedy after dark. During the day time it is fine to walk though.

Great stay at Arlo overall. Great service and convenient to transit and popular spots. Would have been better if the shower door didn’t have a gap so water wouldn’t leak to the floor though
