The people at the front desk were amazing. The use of the shuttle was the best ever. It was such a great surprise. Definitely an added bonus and I would definitely use this hotel again the next time I’m in Buffalo go bills.

We liked the location by the hospital, valet parking, hospitality shuttle, clean room, comfortable bed. I would have given a higher rating if greeted with enthusiasm at check in. Front desk did offer food delivery option's later after we revisited the front desk.
