Would consider staying here again if traveling solo, but the rooms are WAY too small for couples. Dreaded spending any amount of time in the room. The rest of the property was nice, however, with great lobby and roof spaces. Also perfect location for easy access to the subway and Broadway theaters.

Hotel is located really a minute walk from Times Squares. Had a great top floor bar with great views. It’s a modern, but a quiet noise- no really good noise isolation. Breakfast is great price, but nothing fancy or exciting for non Americans. Great location comes with ability to walk to great coffee, bakery and restaurants. 46th street had a tons of amazing restaurants next to each other and it’s a short walk from/to the hotel. Staff is absolutely fantastic- friendly, quick and ready to help for everything!

It was very well located but they don’t clean the room definitely will help you out with towels but during the 4 days there was no cleaning service done.

My time in NYC
Have stayed in a CitizenM before so was aware how cosy the rooms were. Just right for me as a solo traveller. My only disappointment was I had a room at the side of the hotel so my view was the brick wall of the building next door. The staff were great and really helpful and the communal area in the lobby whilst basic was comfortable and suited my needs. Best bit for me was its proximity to the subway and theatres for the shows I had planned to see. Look forward to returning soon, thank you.

Very modern and clean. Small room but had everything you needed. Great location…. minutes to Time Square and subway. Loved the iPad controlled room with different themes to choose from to make lights change fun colours and zen music in background. Nice lobby …very trendy .

Friendly and fast check-in and check-out, design of the hotel lobby and rooms, hotel location, bar on the roof of the hotel. The room is too small, beyond sleeping it is not pleasant to be in the room, a feeling of claustrophobia

I liked hiw the lobby was set up. Yes, the rooms are very small, but you have a relaxing environment in the lobby to do any business activities. Love the screen & blinds in the room. Love the pillows. Love how hard the bed is. Love the white cups. WIshes: Complementary water in the room. I dont want to drink tap water or go to the lobby to get water. Coffee maker w/Complementary coffee.
