Pontos positivos: relativamente próximo à Times Square e Broadway. O banho é excelente. Bom atendimento. Limpeza dos quartos. Tem mercado próximo. A distância até o metrô é mediana. Pontos negativos: Não tem mesas suficientes para o café da manhã, é necessário "disputar" uma. Sempre falta algum item do café da manhã, pois tem mais hóspedes que comida. As paredes são um papel, estávamos ao lado de um quarto com duas crianças e erámos acordados todos os dias às 6:30 pelo choro das mesmas. O quarto é bem pequeno.

We stayed for one night before our cruise. Location is great! Can walk to the cruise pier and also Times Square. The room was tiny but fine to sleep one night. Breakfast was good but crowded and hard to find a place to sit. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We would stay again for one night before a cruise.

My room was clean and modern and the bed comfortable. But the room was so small, there was only a gap of about 12 inches between the foot of the bed and a wall unit! The bathroom was appallingly tiny, with only an inch between the toilet bowl and the door when opened. For almost $250 per night, I expect a much better and bigger room. I stayed three nights in a Comfort Inn in Nashville, where my room was far superior-- and much cheaper! The breakfast area located in a small lobby (for goodness sake!), had seating for no more than 30 guests. But the hotel had 80 bedrooms!! Outrageous. I've stayed in hotels all over the world but never had to go back to my room because all the breakfast seats were taken. This is probably one of the worst hotels I've had the misfortune to stay at. Breakfast options for vegetarians who don't eat eggs was very limited. A depressing experience.

Everything was ok and the breakfast was good but there was no wifi for 2/3 nights we stayed and we called the lobby and they said they would reset it but it never worked. It would also be nice if they had umbrellas to borrow when its rainy.
