They said nothing about the construction next to the building that started at 7am every week day. 7 am!!! Not just any construction; construction strong enough to rattle the hotel building. And I travelled from the west coast so it was 4 am for me. Barely got any sleep. Never booking a hotel in midtown again.

I will never stay here again. This hotel is advertised to look a lot nicer than it actually is. The room was pretty clean upon arrival but past that there's nothing good to talk about here. Service was poor, communication between staff even worse. I made a simple request for a mini fridge to be brough to the room. ( never been in a hotel room no matter the size or price range that didn't have one) After over speaking to the front desk over 7 times in person or calling from the room, I never got a mini fridge delivered to my room. Came down next morning to address with their team, they were great in understanding my frustration but still never got a mini fridge by the time I checked out the following day. The only credit goes to the manager for not pushing back on my request for a refund for one of the nights to make up for loss of value of perishable foods.

Why, why don't the showers have doors and the lighting is so dim in the rooms? There also weren't any black out curtains, the rungs where there for them and everything but they weren't being used. Facility itself was ok but the lobby was very small. Overall the staff were the saving grace while everything else was average
