This Hilton in NYC was a great surprise. Very convenient location, beautiful view of the Empire State Bldg. from our 30th floor room. A car was ordered for us to go to the Newark Airport. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next NY trip.

I paid for breakfast included which was about $20 USD per day. This was not a full breakfast however the person there said one only gets 4 things, a fruit, a yogart, a bagel or something else in the showcase, and a drink that is composed of either a coffee or juice. This nickel and diming is ridiciloius, given most of the hotels offer a buffet type without restrictions.

Location is blocks from Times Square and Empire State Building. Room is small but quiet and had a comfortable bed. Hotel kept suitcases safe after we checked out but still had site seeing to do.

After a quick trip to a concert at the US Open venue turned into a longer stay thanks to a canceled flight, we decided to find a hotel in NYC - we picked a hotel on Hotels.com that seemed to be in the area we wanted and also quite affordable. I was blown away! It was very clean and I could see the Empire State Building from my bed! It was convenient and walkable to lots of things and made our unplanned extra day in NY perfect!

This hotel was very convenient for sightseeing and nightlife activities. Several subway stations and bus stops nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had all the things I needed. Felt safe hear as a woman. Only downside, I could hear the elevators and the AC was noisy which made it hard to sleep.

Worst hotel ive stayed in a while, the rooms are disgusting need a full revamp, with carpets back in the 80s, the decor reminded me of our 80s home.. the room i was given was next to the elevator and it made such a racket.. id never stay here again and im going to ask for a refund from hotels.com as the room advertised was not anywhere near what was given

This is definitely a good location. Some hotel staff were a bit irritated by us asking questions about the area but some were very nice. The visable side of the duvet was stained. They cleaned everyday thoroughly which was awesome.

I have been visiting the Hilton Garden Inn 35th St., NYC for the past several years - each August, vacation. I like the professional and quick responsive staff - the value/cost for the stay, the excellent centrally mid-town location. The inside facility is a bit weather worn, but charming - security is visible in lobby. Although I enjoyed my stay, a constructive comment , the outside front needs to be refreshed to the level of the "Hilton Brand" we customers expect.
