Liked everything except the first gentleman did not explain the $40 fee simply asked him again and still did not understand my sister in adjacent room to mine had same problem. Next day asked a young lady at desk she was great so that we were able to take advantage of the fee

I would recommend the Mariott to anyone who is going to the city. Best location, best customer service. The rooms were very nice. Just all around the best place to stay. Food was great in their 2 restaurants. When we wanted a cab because of rainy weather they made it happen. Will choose them again easily

This is right in Times Square. We watched the throngs of people from our room. We heard the pulsating music from the street. Beware, if you are looking for a quiet time, this is the wrong place. If you are looking for quintessential NY, this is your place.

This hotel is in Time Square and adjacent to the theater district. Bring your comfortable walking shoes because there is a lot to do within walking distance! If you have a need to head to other parts of New York City, the subway station is less than 1/2 mile away. It is an older hotel but it has been updated very nicely with large rooms, spacious hallways, good restaurants and lounges, etc.
