the front desk staff is so pleasant and accomodating and the check in process was so quick. the location is so convenient to where were going. we only stayed for 1 night, when turning the shower on, it makes a weird sound and the aircon is so out dated. we went to all the floors where it says the ice vending machines are located but all is broken, what a waste of time and there’s only 2 tiny elevators for a 15-storey hotel. will not recommend.

The bathroom in our room had black mold all over the ceiling. We put up with it for two nights until we couldnt anymore because it started making our throats itchy. So we went downstairs at 10am and told the front desk and they said they would send someone to clean it. We returned around 5:30pm and the room was the same. So we spent yet another night with the black mold. Next day i went back down to the front desk and had to tell them again and another front desk attendant finally offered us to change rooms. Other than the the rooms werent very clean, had no mini fridges or microwaves. No ice on ANY of the 15 floors. Elevators as well didnt operate efficiently.

Bad experience
The only good thing about this hotel is location. Everything else was a bad experience, they only have one very small elevator that took us 45 min to catch an elevator since it was packed. They nickel and dime you for everything even if you want to leave your bags with bellman after check out or check in, it’s 5$ per bad just hold it for you, rooms very small and very old, from desk very rude. Will not recommend or stay in this hotel again.

Convenient located but the cleanness of the room is not that great and state of the property is old. Be ready to wait for the elevators. Staff can be very noisy from 8:30am in the corridors.

Unbelievably bad
The hotel is very run down. They have dings on the walls and all of the dressers /furniture. There were light switches that didn't work due to rewiring in the room and the switch cover was so beat up and loose/broken. There were outlets in the walls that were exposed with half broken covers. You can truly tell them don't even care about the condition on the hotel rooms.

Hotel has two extremely slow elevators and one was broken causing long delays and almost forcing us to use the stairs. Many people were upset myself included. Definitely won’t stay there again.

The location was excellent. However, only one elevator worked and we were on floor 12. We found TWO live roaches at night crawling around in the room. The hotel needs a full update. Even though the location is very convenient, we will not be staying here again.
