The property itself was a bit outdated. The room was a bit cluttered and small but that's to be expected in NYC. The outlets were in terrible shape and require updating but otherwise it was walkable to Times Square and very convenient for the meetings I had.

the front desk staff is so pleasant and accomodating and the check in process was so quick. the location is so convenient to where were going. we only stayed for 1 night, when turning the shower on, it makes a weird sound and the aircon is so out dated. we went to all the floors where it says the ice vending machines are located but all is broken, what a waste of time and there’s only 2 tiny elevators for a 15-storey hotel. will not recommend.

My original room was dirty. Our room was swapped and we were offered a very small credit on the bill. We were told to bring our luggage downstairs because they didn’t have an available room to change us to until the next day. We had plans for the day and as we were getting ready to go downstairs, we waited 35 minutes for the elevator. We had to carry our luggage down 6 flights of stairs. Our new room was a tad bit cleaner, but still over all just run down. The hot water in the second room took at least 15 minutes to heat up and when I complained at the front desk, I was told that no one else was having an issue.

This hotel is worse than any hotel I've ever stayed in in New York City at any price. You should only stay here if the choices between sleeping on the street or sleeping at the gallivant.

Terrible stay
The first room was not ready for an overnight stay. I was transferred to another room that had a balcony with overgrown weeds and cigarette butts everywhere. There was hair all over the shower, sink, and bed. I slept in my clothes all night and was extremely uncomfortable as the air conditioning in the room did not work. After already requesting a room change I just decided to stay put and stick it out.

When we got there the air conditioning in our room did not work. They immediately sent us to another room that worked great. The elevator is very slow, but if that is the only complaint, you can’t beat the location.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Dirty bathroom, elevator not working, no room service. The hotel basically looked like an abandoned old hotel that they decided to use again!

Very friendly service. Very basic hotel.
It was worth it to watch The Book of Mormon and simply walk around the block to our tiny hotel room on a rainy night. Clean but do not expect anything luxurious about this place. The front desk team and house keeping staff were wonderful and very helpful.
