Nice place. Inconvenient on that no coffee shop and very limited food or restaurant choices that close early. No nice place to have cocktails. But the staff were amazing!! Very nice people!!

Amazing Experience
This was probably the nicest hotel room i have ever stayed in. It was well worth the cost. The added benefits of the stay made my experience so much better. You have to stay there if you are visiting the pyramid Bass Pro Shop!

I expected friendlier staff
Was not told that you have to purchase a voucher for breakfast although the check in person did tell us the price of breakfast. Had to call the front desk to find something out and the person was very unfriendly and I had my room number wrong and she laughed at me even though my room number had nothing to do with the question. Went to make coffee in the morning and the coffee maker was missing the main part to brew the coffee so had to go out to get coffee. I didn’t know where to go found the coffee but turned out to be part of breakfast when I told the attendant that I did not have a part in my coffee maker she said I had to call the front desk and I thought she was going to take the coffee away from me (not friendly about it at all) this may all seem minor but when you pay $500 a night you want friendly people to talk to not someone who feels like they are doing you a favor for spending money there.

Rooms are amazing! Huge jetted tub, antler chandeliers, bathrobes, view of bass pro from interior balcony. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and so detailed. Amazing restaurants on site, bowling, roof top bar and lookout of mission river, free shuttle to downtown Memphis, staff was nice and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again

The room I stayed in was not clean. There was cereal on the floor in the bathroom and around the beds. It was an old sock on the floor when we arrived at the room on day one. The guest beside us wee very loud and slamming doors. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The cleaning lady beat on the door several times on the last day of our stay before checking out. The front desk staff were nice but I didn’t like my room. Definitely not the experience I had when I first stayed at this establishment.
