Not worth the stay
Slow internet, bad connection. No one responded to messages or phone calls. Everything was closed Christmas. Waste of a stay for the day. No concierge assistance during check in. Room by the lobby so you can hear everything outside of the room. Cars were parked in the way in front of valet so we couldn't unload our things at the front door. On top of that there were no carts available for us to transfer our items into the room easily by ourselves. No microwave in the hotel room so we had to search for a microwave to warm up our food, which front desk pointed us in the wrong direction. Smoking was allowed next to the building so you walk into a cloud of smoke if people are hanging out by the entrance of the building. Breakfast was extra cost of $25 per person but it was worse than what's offered at free continental breakfast at cheaper hotels. Only plus side was spacious room with indoor balcony and massage tub. Everything else was subpar and for the prize, absolutely not worth it.

What an experience! This entire property is so well done, it’s amazing. The store, the hotel, the restaurants and bars are all beautiful. The displays of live fish were really nice and lots of information on everything. The room was great with a nice two-person tub, a comfortable bed, and an outdoor balcony. The Fish Bowl was a lot of fun, and Jay and Osvaldo provided excellent bar service. The 3rd floor bar was also nice and had breakfast buffet in the morning. We did not have one negative experience with any staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Noticed that the conditions of the property has declined over the past year. It seems maintenance and attention to details are being neglected. The food options are ok however the quality of the food in the restaurants is average at best. With all that being said, the staff is awesome very helpful and very friendly

Hotel is nice overall. It’s a unique place to stay. The toilet was very dimly lit, and some of the other bathrooms external to the room had lighting issues. My chief complaint is the incompetence of the staff. I told them Multiple times not to charge me for parking because we had ridden with friends in their vehicle and that I would pay them for half of the parking. The morons still charged me.
