The rooms are HUGE! Great sheets, tubs, shower pressure, lots of food options and a free shuttle to take you to other restaurants downtown. The Front desk staff, the maintenance staff, the bartenders are all top notch. Very friendly. Very professional. Very Helpful in every way. The Pyramid is a famous iconic thing, but the hotel is a hidden gem in Memphis.

This stay was amazing. The entire family enjoyed every second of it from the view at the top, the free shuttle service, the cabin feel in the room, the food and games and so much more. Was a nice stay. Rooms were cute and cozy. Between midnight and 6 am some one was blaring their tv. Very loud. Kept me up a little bit otherwise it was very nice stay!

We liked the decorations and stuff. We were not to happy to find out one of the bars closed outside. And that there was no SPA. The maps around the building also weren’t great to help navigate. Wish there was more dining options.

Spacious room and good view of the store. However, had to switch rooms due to finding blood on the bottom of mattress. Also, found black rose pedals on the bed frame next to the mattress, where they hadn’t cleaned.
