"The staff is always pleasant and helpful. They let us check our bags into a locked storage room between the time we arrive on the ferry and our room becomes available, and again after we check out and before we board our ferry. We love the seafood restaurant, Harbor House, across the street. Formal afternoon tea is available here. "
