It seems the walls and ceiling are very thin. I could hear too much from other rooms. It was difficult to sleep. It was very bare bones with certain things, like no cups in the bathroom to rinse your mouth. The indoor pool was pretty much overtaken all day by an outside company’s swim lessons. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in took 45 minutes. There were guests that they couldn't find their reservation and instead of one of the front desk staff helping the remainder of people in line they both continued with one customer. I had to be somewhere and this was extremely inconvenient.

I have no complaints, except that I had paid for a "suite," and this appeared to be a regular room. I can't imagine what feature they believe would make this a suite, and not just a room with two queen beds. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, when the that safety lock that can only be locked when someone is in the room SOMEHOW locked when we went to breakfast. A maid miraculously opened it.
