This is a lovely hotel in downtown Minneapolis. All staff we had contact with were nice and friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant in site provided excellent service; good food and craft cocktails. Highly recommend.

Barely seen any staff in the hotel, can’t bring any carry in alcohol even if staying in the hotel. Security will check coolers and make you take it back to your car. You’ll be stuck buying 6 dollar beers when you just want a night cap after losing on their tight machines.
