"This hotel is wonderful! The convenience of being connected to the mall is unmatched. I booked two rooms and had them connected (there’s a fee to do this of $35 per room each night). It was a total of 6 between both rooms, so space was not an issue. The pool not being in service really sucked lol (it’s been down for almost a year). The king bedroom featured a very weird shower that my wife didn’t care for. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, but the pillows are terrible. The staff is phenomenal and helpful all around. The entrance to the rooms features tiled flooring and was very slippery when wearing socks. The hotel is very well maintained by staff, but the red chairs in the lobby by the restaurant need to be replaced due to frequent wear. Valet is reasonable, so be sure to tip! On Sunday, if you plan on eating in the mall, do so before 7 p.m. because they pack that place up and not a minute after. Oh, if you order from the restaurant Cowboy Jacks, be sure that it is the one in the mall and not the other location. But do yourself a favor and find something better because it really wasn’t that great."

"I would not say there was a full breakfast but it was a good quick breakfast. The beds were smaller than I expected Tub we only had two ppl in the room. Would be a great place to stay if going to a football game. Parking lot was shared by the restaurant on the property."

"Desk & restaurant staff were gracious and efficient. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room & bath clean. Air conditioner actually worked quietly & properly. Carpet and upholstery in the room should be replaced. Toilet seat in room (440) is loose. Toilet paper is atrocious. No microwave in room is inconvenient. Parking fee on top of total cost of room is highway robbery. *Shuttle service is excellent.*"
