Start with front desk not smiling as if you are a burden for them. The room smells old and dirty. Bathroom has foul odor and dirty. I can hear the noise in the other rooms. The housekeeping staff does not know where the ice machines are, i have to look for it myself. Dining is expensive. To top it all, a false fire alarm with no coordination with staff.

The appliances in the room were pretty old and kept on turning on and off and kept beeping through the night. We had to unplug them so it would just stay off. The walls are VERY thin, we could hear our neighbors across and next to us open and close doors.

Everything about his hotel is awesome. The staff was great other than the girls working at the starbucks I have no complaints. Room was beautiful. I love the hotel circle area because you're 5 minutes from anywhere. Will definitely be back to this hotel!
