I didn't know that there is no elevator in the hotel, and they don't have (bellboy) to help with your luggage. I am 73 years old and I had 1 luggage that was heavy. They secured my one heavy luggage downstairs for me because I had a room on the second floor. I read through their website and didn't see any mention of not having an elevator. But the room was alright, comfortable bed and wifi access. It is close to the airport, and they have airport shuttle.

I always enjoy my stay. I love the convenience in proximity to the Congress and International Centre for the Gift Show. I love the restaurant and that it is open until 11 and also the convenience shop ! The staff are always friendly too!

The closeness to the airport and shuttle service was excellent! The evening staff at check in were a little cranky. Checking out the front desk staff were very helpful. Our room was on the second floor and there were places I felt I might fall through! Very tired and worn inside.

The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. I always stay there when traveling to toronto as its close to the airport. Great for a solo traveler

Good location Uncomfortable beds Dirty floors and surfaces Staff we encountered were rude/dismissive. Left a message for extra pillows on housekeeping line but they never arrived. Breakfast was a disgrace. Beige cheapest bread and cereal. Everything served on single use plates and bowls. Wooden cutlery. Even the cups are individually wrapped in plastic. All plates and cutlery thrown away in the same bin as food waste. I’ve never encountered such a blatant disregard for the environment.

What I did not like about this hotel was that the cleaners are so pushy for you to get out of the room well before 11am checkout. The cleaner almost barged into the room while I was changing.
