The place looks NOTHING like the pictures. The staff was really nice but the whole property is extremely run down and dirty. The room looks like it has not had an update in >40 years and was overall very dirty/run down

The place has clearly had a major overhaul recently. By far one of the nicest motels of this type we've ever stayed in. Staff were friendly and respectful. Beds were comfortable for everyone, all ages!

Excellent no problems - parking lot walkways stairs office and all amenities were well taken care of and clean. Rooms were perfect nothing fancy just nice and clean and everything you need. Area is great nice quick walk to lots of shops restaurants and activities. Absolutely nothing wrong with this motel.

The room and bathroom were clean but small. The furniture was second-hand and old despite recent renovation. The bathroom fan was very noisy when it was in use. The Inn is located about 2 miles from the Fisherman's Wharf and another mile to the Aquarium and Cannery Row.

The pictures on here are deceiving. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The actual rooms are the equivalent if not less than a Motel 6. The restrooms were remodeled and decent. The floors looked grimmy, floors were sticky, would not step on them without shoes. We turned on the Ac and it smelled moldy. Would not stay here again, especially not for the price. Do yourself a favor and pay extra to stay elsewhere.

Never stay here...the walls are thin, can hear the noise next door, above, the hot water does not wor, holes in the wall, the wall in the shower has holes and is falling apart..no soap in the bathroom..the sink had cracks, towels were like NONE.. I paid 575..$$$ for this HOLE IN THE WALL PALCE...how can you put this on your website... I was going to tell the mge, but he/she was never around...This was the worst Hotel I ever stayed at in my life..Im 69 yrs old and stayed at many places, and for this place to charge $575..was crazy..I had other choice words...but cant say..The property owener know their property was terrible, that why they were never there.. DONT STAY HERE!!!!
