Super cute, clean and rooms with thoughtful amenities. HOWEVER, customer service was lacking. Front desk staff barely looked at me during check-in. Second day there, we were not notified of a gift/plant delivery. As I was asking about why I wasn’t notified about the delivery, the front desk employee walked away while I was mid-sentence. Maybe, hospitality re-training? Get rid of front desk and do all automated/express check in/out?

Man first time staying here and I have to say this is one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at around the Bay Area. Everything feels new and artsy and shoreline ampitheatre and Levis stadium are only like 10-15 minutes away. Will be staying here again if staying overnight in the area this is a great hotel!
