this is such a beautiful hotel the front desk people so awesome made my check in quick n smooth! it had a very welcoming atmosphere when you walked into the doors . only thing is the shower head was not clean and my room wasn’t cleaned i was there for 2 days i wasn’t sure if i was suppose to ask to get my room clean and get new fresh towels. but overall loved it. thank you to awesome staff you guys rock🔥🔥

The hotel looks nice outside and inside but could use some upgrades in the room. Location is great, near everything. I did not like that housekeeping doesn’t come u less you request it. We requested it and they still never came the next day. So we spent 3 days and our room was never cleaned. When I stay in a hotel I love coming back to a clean room, we didn’t have that. The air conditioner wasn’t the best, it never got cold in the room so had to run it all day and night, very stuffy. It wasn’t the worse stay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

There is a restaurant in the hotel lot that played live music.., it was loud and not convenient for travellers with a long day or an early morning. It was annoying and affected our stay

This is a great place to stay if you are heading to the San Diego Convention Centre for an event but want to avoid the high costs of hotels around the Gaslamp District. The tram that goes downtown is less than 10 minutes walking from the hotel and it only takes about 10-15 minutes to go from 12th and Imperial Station to walk over to SDCC. The Kimbal next door has live music and can get a little loud most nights, but they cap off the loudness before 10 pm usually. The pool and Hottub were decent, the staff was super friendly and multiple food spots were within walking distance from the hotel as well. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to save a bit on their travel budget.
