Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was good sized with a roomy bathroom and a patio. They have a nice bar and restaurant on the 20th floor. Walkable to lots of attractions with easy access to the subway.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice big rooms. Cons: Rooms are NOT soundproofed as advertised. Had to move rooms after having limited sleep for 2 days after being able to hear next doors conversations almost word for word. New room provided and then could hear the lift going up and down! The deciding factor when booking the room was the fact it was advertised as soundproofed as I knew we would be knackered after exploring NYC all day. Unfortunately based on this I would not book again.

Beautiful hotel with WONDERFUL staff. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all amazing. We cannot say enough great things about the doorman, Daniel. He was friendly and knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and was an all-around great guy. He made our stay at the Artezen top-notch! We hope to visit again!
