Hotel Truss was everything we hoped for and more! The location is perfect—close to everything, yet just off the beaten path enough to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The room was spacious, complete with a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave, which made our stay super convenient. But the real star of our visit was Jessica. After reading so many glowing reviews, I just had to ask if she was Jessica when we checked in. She playfully asked why, and I told her she’s definitely living up to the hype! Jessica went above and beyond to make my birthday and our 1-year anniversary extra special, with thoughtful touches that made us feel like VIPs. Her genuine love for her job shines through in every interaction, and she made our stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. We’re already planning our next trip back, and we know exactly where we’ll be staying! If you’re heading to Hotel Truss, make sure to say hi to Jessica—she’s the best!

Chris at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We drove in from Chicago and he made us feel so welcomed in the State of NY. He explained local restaurants to eat and everything about our room and the roof-top availability. We received complimentary bottles of water. He even went above and beyond to get our luggage for us. I was so impressed with his service and warm welcoming. I will definitely share my experience with other family members and friends. We loved our stay here. 😃

Nice staff. Very walkable. 9th Street is typical midtown...busy, loud, high energy. Rooms very small, but typical of NYC. Room was nice and quiet. Loved the rooftop deck!
