Ok hotel
Great location and price was good for Christmas in NYC. Rooms were very small and beds were ok comfort wise but mattresses were covered in a hard plastic that made noise every time you moved. And our window had a terrible draft. The kids room we booked next door to ours had no hot water and the staff couldn’t tell us how to fix it.

If you are looking for somewhere to just stay the night then this is fine. Somethings I didn’t like are there was no hot water in the shower, the facilities are dated, you have to pay for bag storage.

I've fallen in love with Truss.
The staff are universally pleasant, accommodating, and efficient. The location is ideal for a great variety of activities. It's always clean, the rooftop garden is very nice, and it's close to food, bars, and necessaries.
