Comfortable room, safe area, great location
Great location in SoHo. A block away from 1 train. Neighborhood felt safe. Staff was kind. Small bar in lobby. Room was small to be expected but it was comfy and beds were super comfy. Shower had good water pressure and hot (maybe too hot) water. Two beds decent space between them. Makeshift closest but we managed to fit two large luggage in there. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife could not stay because she could not use my card without my presence, even though I called and confirmed that she was aware that my wife had my card and that I allowed her to use it.The staff did not solve the problem and my wife had to pay for another hotel and this one did not even deign to refund the money for the room in whole or in part. Horrible situation.

מלון נוח מאוד לשהייה. החדר די נקי ומרווח הכולל עמדת קפה אך ללא מיקרוגל. ביקשנו מראש לצייד את החדר במקרר וכך היה. הלובי של המלון מאוד קטן ואין אפשרות לשהות בו למפגשים. באזור המלון הרבה מסעדות ומספר בתי קפה. מומלץ למי שנדרש להיות בסביבה. מחירי המלון סבירים ביחס למלונות אחרים בעיר.

We had a great stay at Four Points Sheraton. The room was easily accessible and very clean. The housekeeping came every day so we always came home to a comfortable room. The desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would stay there again.
