Front desk staff service was terrible. Room conditions were below average, closet door broken, not clean, worn out mattress. Main room door got stuck, was hard to open. Coffee was good.

Overall this was a relatively large room in NYC with all the basics. The staff are hardworking and kind, they deserve a raise! It’s older and needs a little TLC and it’s kind of shocking how much the room rates are. The breakfast is solid but some days the main food items were cooked/stored in a warming drawer until it was nearly inedibly dry. But they gave lots of options and we didn’t starve. The Wi-Fi was reliable and we worked online and accessed with multiple devices. The room smelled fine and no overpowering chemicals or old musty smells. The shower was the best part - tall shower head and lots of hot water with great pressure. I would probably stay again but would stalk a better price.

My booking was canceled When we checked in cuz I checked in next morning but I informed my arrival time thru Hotels.com. But they didn’t receive any information…front desk said next time make sure I call hotel.. they sound like my fault….rude attitude. fortunately they able to provide room for me. But the room has only 1 bed and I told front desk I booked 2 queen beds room but they said your booking is only 1bed room in the system…. Room Wifi never work. Ice machine is broken. Definitely I won’t stay here again.

The rooms are tiny. The amenities are average. Had to wait till after 4 pm before room was ready. Maybe that’s what you get in Manhattan for 400 per night but is is less than mediocre.

I stayed here for two nights (Sunday to Tuesday) and overall quite liked this hotel. My room overlooked 24th street and was quiet and nicely updated. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great (eggs, oatmeal, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt). The location was really convenient to subway and easy walking to many of the places I wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and hard working.
