Great location. Breakfast was manic but a lot of choice and good quality. Beds comfortable. We had a room on the 26th floor. The view was fabulous and it was very quiet.

Convenient and well situated close to Times Square and Theater District. Staff were helpful and friendly. However one thing that let’s the hotel down is their cafeteria style breakfast, we got eggshells in our eggs (3 large pieces).

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff
Looking for a warm reception in NYC? Look no further than Hotel Riu Plaza! Everyone was so welcoming and kind and they even checked me in early (which was not expected but so great). Room was beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet. I did not have time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast but it looked delightful. Super close walk to theater and Penn Station. Would definitely stay again.

Was perfect location for walking all the city attractions and theaters. Rooms were a little small but it really didn’t matter because we weren’t there to spend time in our room. Would definitely recommend!!

RIU Times Square was an absolute gem! The hotel is gorgeous and ALL the staff were amazing! From the doorman, concierge, front desk, bar employees, coffee shop employees, wait staff and cleaning crew. They were so helpful with any questions we had. They took pride in their work and it showed! The baristas at the coffee shop were amazing! The selection of coffees was unreal and reasonably priced. Bar staff were great and drinks were great along with the food. The staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean and safe. We were always welcomed with a smile every time we came back. Great location for walking or the subway. Breakfast was massive with very little wait time! Only drawback for me personally was the frosted glass shower. I was traveling with my adult son and was kind of an uncomfortable situation. Solution was to shower with the bathroom light off. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC!
