Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plan for at least an additional 15 minutes in the morning to leave on the elevator. Room could use some updates and there was plenty of space for a chair. Booked this hotel specifically because it stated breakfast but that was not provided.

The New York vibe
My stay was great hotel does not offer a lot of help with restaurants and directions . But location was good .Bed was comfortable.to refrigerator in room .ice machine on floors was not working had to take elevator to another floor.

Rooms were not very clean. Tub did not drain after several calls to the front desk. Could not control the heat. Was told by front desk to open the window. For the amount of money we paid it certainly could have been better. No restaurant or bar in hotel even though website and pics showed there was.

Said ball drop room, you couldn’t see all of the ball drop. Tile coming of bathroom. Shower drain clogged. Room was so hot, I shut furnace off for ,four days and was still sweating at night. Gummy bears where left on table and floor not clean.

Worst ever experience!
Horrible staff and service and amenities. In peak winter of NYC at 20 degrees , their heater was not working, hot water was not available . On complaining, neither did they provide portable heaters or exchange of rooms and denied any refunds. We traveled all the way from Australia for 2 days and this hotel ruined our NY experience even after paying $1000 a day!

Room was beautiful, we got a free upgrade and it was so nice. The staff were lovely and helpful. We had no problem with parking or finding something nearby to do. The only things were that the bar and grill was temporarily closed during our stay and the room was extremely hot. Staff told us that the best solution was to open the windows and it should cool down. The room didn’t cool down, lol!

Everything was fantastic aside from the fact that the room was hot and never fully cooled down even with the windows open. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had great views. Location was central and parking was right across the road. The bar and grill was shut down, but there were plenty of places to eat and drink at nearby. The room was SOOOOO hot though…

Excellent location for theatre, shops and restaurants. Sadly let down by the ridiculous heating system which could not be controlled from the room. Temperature was so high it made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room without opening the window the small amount it was possible (48th floor!) even when it was minus 11 at night 🙁
