The staff were amazing!! All very approachable, friendly, helpful! You can see they all love their job! From making sure we were taken care of - to making our check-in easy and wonderful(thank you Austin) to Victor making us coffee before that service started in the morning, to giving us the BEST breakfast recommendation Everyone was great! Great staff and nice, quiet location just off the sunset strip. Rooms were noisy and could do with some soundproofing, we could hear people walking around and shouting above us during the nights. Thanks for complimentary champagne to celebrate our wedding!

From check in to check out, this is one of the best hotel stays we have EVER experienced! The staff were superb all around (check in desk, restaurant, market store, house keeping, check out, room service, valet) and our every need was taken care of. The rooms are fun and eclectic, while also clean and full of function. Having the mini fridge and the living area was so nice, and our private deck off our room was a wonderful added bonus. We can't wait to visit here again!
