The staff was very efficient and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and fresh. The TV glitched ever so often but we didn’t care because we were visiting mostly. Loved that the airport was so close and actually a lovely drive.

We had dinner in the restaurant and had wonderful service. Very refreshing to have service by someone who likes their job. The front desk person when we checked in was not very friendly. She needs to understand customer service.

It was convenient for the airport. I did not like the fact that when I called for the shuttle from the airport we were informed that we would have to wait which would have taken 45 mins to get to the airport so we took a cab.. This was inconvenient. Transport to the airport the following morning was fine.

I came to a realization that the sheets were not changed— there were several fluid stains on the sheet (on top-side of the mattress and on the side). It looked like something was spilled, so I had to sleep with my daughter in her bed. Other than that, the check in staff and bartender were AMAZINGLY nice!

Convenient to SMF airport. Staff were all courteous and helpful, Shuttle to airport ran right on time. Hotel room itself however had seen better days. While clean, the walls were scuffed and dirty in some places, the bathroom floor grout was stained with cracked tiles, and the HVAC under the window was so loud we couldn't use it and just left it off.

Stayed here for a family emergency. This place was accommodating in helping me extend my stay for one more day. The facility and room is clean Breakfast is offered Restaurant is open til 10p It’s close to nearby food and convenience stores though it would require some driving vs walking
