Great place to stay and they offer a shuttle to Disney for 6 dollars a person. It was more cost effective to take a Lyft for us. Would stay again!

Unfortunately paying for the room and also paying for parking $28.00 even though my door key never worked at the parking garage. Then the fire alarm when off at 7am in the morning Saturday after a drive on Friday. I was expecting a good sleep but I was woken up by the alarm. Also my room 1611 had the bathroom door with cracks at the bottom and also one of the seating area couch was coming undone. It wasn’t what I expected and very disappointed at the hotel by being part of Hilton. The staff was nice and amazing

It looks nice and renovated but our air conditioning was so loud that we had to turn it off to fall asleep. There is a hospital across the street so you’ll hear ambulances from time to time. But the staff was very nice and friendly!

Not a good experience. Bathroom tub was full of grime and dirt. Paint was chipped on doors. Someones flip flops were left there. Shows that the room was not properly cleaned. Charged for parking $28 even though it was in the lot for less than an hour !! Had only 2 creamers in the room. You can hear noise from adjoining rooms As a Hilton property we expected better. I need a refund as we could not sleep coz we werent sure if beds were clean and all the noise coming in
