There 2025 construction is now. Rooms are dated and dark. Staff is nice but your pool day will be interrupted by hammers and construction equipment till 5pm. Stay away till Q4 2025.

the property was dated...definately in need of updating rooms... refrigrator in room was running loud...and was loud during the night.. i awaken by the sound a handful of times... the jacuzzi in need of cleaning... their were other issues checking out...regardless, the location was convienant .

Great first stay.
Location was perfect. Hotel was very nice and well kept. We were notified of the renovations happening, but it did. It have any affect on our stay. The shower temp and pressure were not the best and the best was not as comfortable but we still slept well.

Location is great downtown area. The hotel’s plumbing is horrible. You can hear all surrounding rooms use of the shower, toilet and sink, so loud horrible if you really need you4 sleep.

Was great location, but rooms very outdated and beat up. Glad to see they are going to renovate that will make it a great place to stay. I asked twice for someone to look at noisy AC, but no one came so I just turned off. Luckily it wasn’t too hot when I was there. Didn’t think bathroom was cleaned well. Shuttle took a long time to pick me up from airport. Most staff very nice and helpful. Once renovated and due to location though I would definitely consider staying there if I go back.

My favorite.
My favorite in Palm Springs. The pool is always very warm, they have the best bikes, and everything is walkable. That’s really all I need. I hope their remodel doesn’t raise their prices too much. I always have a good time here.
