Awful Experience - Unsafe and Untrustworthy If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the most awful experience of my life. They kept half of my deposit, claiming I stayed past checkout, which was a total lie. Without even notifying me, they took half of my deposit and refused to give it back. And there’s no way to contest this—it’s a scam. The rooms are disgusting and reek of mildew. The floors are so unstable, you feel like you could fall through at any moment. It’s unsafe, dirty, and downright awful. On top of that, the area surrounding the hotel is terrible. There are homeless people and drug addicts wandering the property day and night, making it feel incredibly unsafe. The police are called there constantly. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Palm Springs—it’s dangerous and uncomfortable. And to make matters worse, the manager at the front desk (the little man who sounds like he sucked on a bunch of helium)is beyond rude. He has a terrible attitude, a nasty personality, and is a completely condecending. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. Absolutely horrible.

First impressions are everything. Upon arrival two people were arguing in front of the lobby. Entering the lobby to check-in the clerk could not even bother to get out of her chair let alone smile or give a proper greeting. The room was dirty and outdated. Only stayed five hours and left. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.
