Best value near downtown P.S.
I've been at this hotel about four times the past 4 years. Its generally a good value stay near the downtown area and by restaurants and shops. The pool is well maintained and the front desk helpful and friendly. My room was just what I requested and very comfortable and clean. I had a pool and mountain view. The TV service is excellent and I had plenty of hot water n in room coffee. The internet service is also good. Keep in mind the highly competitive rates offered here when your comparing hotel options. Its not the Hyatt resort so just be real and honest about expectations. Ignore the parking lot conditions your only parked on it and it works fine. I experienced no safety or security issues here. Management is making some positive changes. I will return and enjoy my savings and still be comfortable and get my rest.

Our stay was a very nice one. Property is close to restaurants, groceries, shopping. Staff was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Pool area was clean and lovely to sit in.

Really needs a bit of a renovation. Our room door was so insecure we kept out belongings in tue car. Staff were very nice but the property itself hasnt been touched since i last stayed her in 2012.

Property needs major overhaul, deep cleaning, exterminator for roaches, walkways and parking lot needs repair it is unsafe for people in wheelchairs or walkers. Thankfully my mom received a full refund and an apology for her stay. I would not recommend or return to this property which is unbelievably rated a 3 star hotel.

Definitely not kept up. Pictures don’t look like property. Wallpaper peeling off, mold on walls in bathroom, door broken, carpets torn, gross smell…. Don’t waste your money. People at reception were great and fast. Other then that gross. If it hadn’t been late upon arrival I would have just left.

Wet wall, mold, sheets were soiled, electrical socket coming out of wall do to the wet wall, stained carpet, bathroom door clearly had a huge hole in the middle of the door which they hastily filled with plaster and paint. Unsafe environment. Palm Springs Code enforced notified, Travel Lodge Corporate (Wyndham) notified, as well as Expedia. Will not pay a dime and will be refunded and compensated

The room nothing worked in it but the TV my microwave didn’t work. I couldn’t use my own hairdryer. I couldn’t charge my phone. I called for someone to come help me nobody came. I’m just very disappointed.
