The staff was not at all welcoming here. They certainly did not appreciate our business. The shower head was really low - only able to wash from the chest down. A tall person could never take a shower here. There was food leftover in the refrigerator. The room had a musty smell.

Looks like they were selling drugs at the room below us there were drugged out looking people coming and going all day and night. People would go the room and run back to their cars and leave. Normally there is security on site but they were no where to be seen

Cheap dated motel but conveniently located
Pros: plenty of parking. Super friendly staff. Close drive to everything Palm Springs downtown. Quick check in. Cons: card keys don't work on the door half the times. Old dated hotel. Internet was working intermittently. I thought housekeeping skipped my room, but they will only clean your room every 3 days. Bathroom needed repairs.

DISGUSTING
Never even stayed the night.. upon arrival cops were there. Paid an extra 34$ for early check in get to the room to find the room in horrendous conditions. Asked Luis the manager for a refund because of the condition and also not feeling safe which to him was not a good enough reason for a refund smirked grabbed his food said refund denied & walked away. Definitely not worth the money.

This hotel is in need of a major facelift. Room was shabby; bathroom had stains and missing plaster, old fixtures. Carpet was filthy and stained as well.

Lots of bang for your bucks
Check in with easy with no issues. The room was clean without any unusual smells, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows they were very soft. Microwave and a nice size fridge to put food inside with a coffee maker and an ironing board an iron. Now the stuff that needs work is kind of dated just a lot of wear and tear on the tub, if facing the Sun on either side need blackout curtains. Happy to say the jacuzzi was working when we got there and was fixed like a lot of hotels no breakfast was offered only coffee and tea and vending machines outside. Before the price you can't beat it anywhere to be close to downtown Palm Springs.
