Great choice! We reserved it for 4 nights and enjoyed it. The Nao buffet was great. Staff super kind and the place was very clean. Going around the resort with golf carts was fun too! We would definitely come back again :)

The property overall is good with beautiful views of the pacific and hills. However it needs some updating as the hallways and bathrooms look a bit dated. Plenty of dining options, the quality of the food is good considering it is all inclusive resort. The downside is the up charge for the stake restaurant and their chocolate shop. Staff and service is good and friendly. You can not call an Uber or taxi at the hotel and have to take the hotel provided taxi service, which is more than twice as expensive than from outside. However, you can take the taxi/ Uber back to hotel. Overall a good experience, may come back to this property!

This is our second time at Pueblo Bonito Sunset. Staff, food, and room was great. Checking in took us about an hour, but we were in a group of 30. We had a great time.

The experience was too overwhelming. The property is huge so many options it was more than confusing. It was hard not to get lost in the hustle and rush even at check in.Transportation in carts that take you to your locations, which was nice, but too many times we were left stranded waiting over 20 mins at times in the heat. Common ares such as the buffet you had long lines waitingt for a ride to other locations after eating. The Culinary Hall was so loud. It reminded me of the food court at the mall. The food there was nothing special at all. Room service was the way to go, so much better. The food was amazing.

Rooms are great, Big, good ac, nice beds, great views. Golf cart transportation was also quick if you didnt want to walk. Pizza is fantastic!!! Beautiful and scenic grounds. Staff is pretty friendly. Pools and spas need a complete restoration. The tiles are falling off. Some drinks from the day before will still out the next morning. Uber: Its a joke. Uber can drop you off from the outside but they cant pick you up. This forces you to use a taxi to leave the property and you will pay atleast 20 bucks just to get you off the property. Uber is 70 percent cheaper. Cost me 25 bucks to go to the Marina (forced taxi) from the hotel and 5 bucks to return using uber. Food: 7 of 10. Had some great food and some that were just ok. Wife got 24 hour food poisoning from a raw tuna tostada at the Japanese restaurant. Locals on weekends. Im not certain but I think they have a local pass they sell on the weekends. The weekend had twice the people in the pool and was full of drunks. They seem to have different wrist bands and were extremely obnoxious and pushy.Several groups would just whistle and get drinks. The bartenders knew them and would stop what they were doing even if you were next and grab them beers and tequila shots ahead of you.Drinks: not good. They dont have ice coolers they have refrigerant. Most of my can beers were hardly cold. Draft beer as well. Not a good situation when you want a cold beer in 90 degree weather. Mixed drinks: Not best quality.

This property was absolutely amazing! From beginning to end we were treated with such hospitality and friendliness. There were many options that were easily accessible through the go-cart service or walking distance. The room was SPECTACULAR! Beautiful views, and we loved our stay! Would definitely go back.
