"We were met at the train station (look for the Tierra Viva sign) and our bags trollied the 5 minute walk to the hotel. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was large overlooking the river. The bed and pillows comfortable. There is a water filter in the lobby for refills (no need to use plastic). First shower this trip with both hot water and great water pressure. It’s a 5 minute walk to the bus to Machu Pichu. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Aguas Caliente. "

"Above and beyond! The service staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. The property is gorgeous. The location is in the middle of every downtown Cusco. Plaza de Armas few minutes away.
