All bedrooms are fully furnished. Master bedroom includes full bathroom, large television (with DVD), plenty closet space, king size bed, AC, fan, dresser with mirror and recently added balcony with ocean views. Second bedroom includes queen size bed, dresser/mirror, AC, ceiling fan and large window. Third bedroom includes two twin sized beds with dresser and mirror, AC, ceiling fan, and also large window with roof access. Full bathroom is situated in the middle of the three bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen includes full table, counter space with stools for sitting and dining, appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, washer and dryer, gas bbq grill, complete dinnerware, blender, coffeemaker, etc. Living room space includes furnished couches, large television 55 inch, Blu-Ray/DVD, stereo, library of movies available for guests, 3 fans, AC, and a drinking water cooler with hot and warm water. A half restroom is located near the front door and living room of first story. Patio area includes tile floor with chair and table for dining also an umbrella to keep under the shade.

You get what you pay for…and you may pay more for it later
After reading all the positive reviews, I was pretty disappointed in this property and with the property owner. The positives: Bucerias is a beautiful place that is tourist-friendly without being completely crowded, even during Christmas week. It wasn’t nearly as crowded as Sayulita, but it has a great vibe and charm. The house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, A/C in every room, a good-sized kitchen, and a lovely patio area, including a big patch of grass in the shade that was perfect for my little daughter to play. The infinity pool is very nice, and just steps from the condo. The location of the complex is OK – it’s about a 10 minute walk down to the beach, or ~15 minutes to the town and market, but to get to town you have to walk along the highway and it’s not a nice walk. If I went back, I’d stay closer to the town and beach. The negatives: When we arrived, the house did not feel at all ready for guests – there wasn’t even toilet paper in the bathrooms, or soap to wash your hands, or garbage bags in the bins. We had to immediately go shopping for the very basics. The beds and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Things in the house are old, and when they break it takes time to get them fixed. The hot water heater wasn’t working (the pilot light wouldn’t stay lit), and it took 3 days before a plumber could come fix it. The toilet seat fell from my hand and broke in two in the middle of my stay, so we sat on a half-broken seat. All of this wouldn’t have been a big deal, but then Jose charged me $85 for the toilet seat. I’m still working with VRBO to contest the charge—you’d think after 3 days of cold showers and 2 days balancing on a half-broken toilet seat, the property owner would be offering concessions, not adding charges. All in all, if you can afford something a little nicer, do yourself the favor and go for it. Stay close to the beach, on the other side of the highway.

Lovely Los Amores I condo
The condo was well situated, nice views and close to the pool. We enjoyed the BBQ and patio area, a lovely relaxation area. It was well equipped, and comfortable. We appreciated the wifi and the supply of towels and bedding. We would highly recommend it to friends and relatives.

Enjoy Puerto Vallarta at an Awesome Location (Jose Chavez’ House)
Puerto Vallarta is known for its beaches, water sports and nightlife scene. But staying at Jose’s house made the experience much better. Before our trip began Jose made us feel welcome, he was always ready to answer any questions. The house is at a great location. Just five minutes away from the beach & plaza; just a couple of blocks from the shopping center with multiple nice restaurants. Knowing that Jose and/or Rosa where just a phone call away reassured us that we were on good hands. When we arrived at the condominium, Ivan was awesome. He was already expecting us and greed us with a big smile, showing us how to get to the house, making us once again feel like we had arrived home. The house was impeccable. Rosa really takes pride on her job. We found plenty of towels and were able to fresh up before relaxing for the night. We really enjoyed the nice gas barbeque at the house. In addition, the views from the pool are amazing; we were also able to use one of the three charcoals barbeques at the pool. Having a washer and dryer in the house were definitely a nice plus. While at Puerto Vallarta, we got disconnected from the rest of the world, but it was by choice because the house offers great internet and Television sets with Netflix ready. Next time, we visit Puerto Vallarta; we hope Jose Chavez’ house is available because we will love to stay on it. In addition, before we pay for any tours, we will make sure we talk to Jose and/or Rosa, so that you can help us get better deals. Again, thanks a lot for making our stay at Puerto Vallarta a better experience. Puerto Vallarta es conocido por sus playas, deportes en el mar y la vida nocturna. Pero el quedarse en la casa de José hacen que la experiencia sea muchísimo mejor. Antes de viajar José nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en su casa, siempre estaba disponible para contestar nuestras preguntas. La casa está en un muy buen punto. Solo a cinco minutos de la playa y la plaza y a dos bloques del centro comercial con muchos restaurantes muy buenos. José, Rosa e Iván siempre nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y seguros. La casa cuenta con una hermosísima parrilla a gas. Las vistas desde la piscina son espectaculares y también cuenta con parrilla al carbón. La casa está muy bien equipada/dotada. Cuenta con lavadora, secadora, internet y televisores con Netflix. La próxima vez que visitemos Puerto Vallarta, esperamos la casa de Jose esté disponible por que nos encantaría quedarnos alli.

My second time at Los Amores
This is my second review this year. My second time at Los Amores #15 was again wonderful. The place is in a peaceful neighborhood, close to pool surrounded by lovely people. A 15 minute walk will take you right at the centre of Bucerias where there are many restaurants and bars and of course shopping. Jose Chaves is a wonderful owner. He will do everything he can to make your stay comfortable. I will go back as soon as I can... love it! Ma deuxième fois à Los Amores # 15 était encore merveilleux. L'endroit est dans un quartier paisible, près de la piscine et entouré de gens charmants. Une promenade de 15 minutes vous mènera directement au centre de Bucerias, où il ya beaucoup de restaurants et de bars et bien sûr de shopping. Jose Chaves est un propriétaire merveilleux. Il fera tout son possible pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Je reviendrai dès que je peux ... je l'adore!

Great Stay
Stayed ar # 15 Loa Amores, had a great stay ,very clean. And comfortable, great outdoor kitchen, beautiful pool area, could use a few toss cushions for the sofas. A few more utensils, over all very relaxing, Jos'e was a great owner and acted very Quick if you needed some thing.Would definitely. Recommend this property.Ric Wpg.Mb.

Wonderful holiday home
My husband,and two of our friends stayed at jose so home for 22 days, it was a lovely home, and our host was wonderful, and very helpful, We had all we needed,pool was great, and loved the privacy of this home. A short walk to a beautyful beach,and restaurants, Many thanks to you jose, and are looking forward to seeing you again.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME ON VACATION
It was a 3 Bedroom Townhouse. Lower level was open concept with Living room,Dining room Kitchen and Powder room on the main floor. The living room has comfortable couches a very large TV. Dining table , AC and Fans.seats six, the chairs are heavy and could do with felt pads on the chair legs. Kitchen has sufficient China, cutlery, glasses, large gas range and oven, and many appliances. Percolator, Toaster, Slow cooker, high speed blender, and a Hot & Cold Water dispenser. Off the Kitchen is a Large Washer and Dryer and lines for hanging clothes. Off the Living room is a Pergola and a garden. There is a Banana grove and we enjoyed fresh Bananas. Upstairs there are 3 Bedrooms with one Queen, one Double and 2 Twin beds. They all have AC, dressers and night tables, and reading lamps. One ensuite Washroom and another one to be shared by the other 2 bedrooms. Bring an eye mask as there is a skylight in the Master walk in closet. From the upstairs bedroom you get a beautiful view of the Cruz de Huanacaxtle Marina. Manzanilla is a calm beach. There are Aqua & Zumba water exercises, Volleyball, Mexican train and pot luck suppers. Jose is a caring owner and Rossy is a good agent that solves all problems.
