It was almost impossible to adjust normal room temperature because of not working properly thermopumpe, the drain in the bath was blocked by tons of hairs.

Spa services were not available, tv didn’t work, coffee machine stopped working half way through our stay, the staff was not nice, we wrote to the owner to informe her she said she would get back to us but turns out she was uninterested. This was the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. Do not go.

We stayed there Jan 2 & 3 because we wanted to take advantage of the spa while visiting Vieux Quebec. Unfortunately, the spa was closed on both those days. The place was a short 10 minute drive to Vieux Quebec. Room was clean and there was complimentary parking .

Even though i received an email from hotelscom saying the reservation is confirmed and i dont have to call and reconfirm. The littoral hotel did not have a room for me and i was struck. Since it was long weekend all others hotels were unavailable and my vacation was a disaster.
