They deserve five stars

Everything was excellent. The only issue I had is with the bed, but in saying that I have a bad back. The staff was excellent and the room was quiet!

I booked for 17 night's and requested a late check out because my flight out didn't leave until early evening. I was told the latest check out would be noon and i had to reserve the room for another full night costing 120 dollars. At no time in my stay was the hotel operating at any where near full occupancy and an extra few hours wouldn't have been too much to expect as a courtesy. There wasn't even anywhere to store my luggage where I could collect it near my departure time.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The beds however are on a metal type thing that makes a loud noise if you bump your feet into it or when getting in/out of bed and can wake the person in the next bed. Also On Sunday morning at 7 am we went down for breakfast and there wasn’t alot of food left. No eggs, no bagels, no banana bread. Our choices were limited to cereal toast a sausage patty or a hard boiled egg. I had three teenage kids who were hungry so we had to go BUY breakfast elsewhere.
