We came in a bit early and said room was not ready till 4 then went out shopping came back at 330 and was told that we could not enter till 4 . Customers were waiting outside till 4 sharp to come in ,not very professional and most clientele were seniors .

We had a lovely stay. The room was quiet and clean, felt very luxurious. The bathroom was wonderful and the bed very comfortable.

Check in was easy and front desk staff very helpful. No elevator but our second floor room was large and had a nice kitchenette. The landscaping around the parking lot was a little overgrown.

When I first arrived I was disappointed with the window curtains..Needed to be steamed and not wrinkled...and when entering a small office to greet. ...but after arriving at 4PM we found our room excellent, clean and bright...The garden was fabulous and will definitely stay there again in the future...Close to restaurants and shopping and beautiful fall weather...

We enjoyed the hotel's facilities very much - hot tub, heated pool, sauna, whirlpool tub. As well as the ability to heat up simple meals in our room. It's not a 5-star hotel but it served our needs very well.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was gorgeous. Hardwood and ceramic tile floors so no smelly carpet. I would definitely recommend. Don’t let the exterior fool you. The interior rooms are awesome.
