The property is very well maintained and offers a wonderful escape from the busy city. The rooms are nice, but a bit dated. They could use a bit of updating and maintenance. But I still enjoyed my stay and complement the staff for being courteous and accommodating. I would stay at the Humphreys again. That's the best recommendation anyone can give.

Location - right across from the waterway that has so many boats/ships go by. We were able to catch the boat parade of lights for Christmas. Great place to walk Staff was very nice
